The dermaroller creates microscopic channels in the skin, the so-called microdamages, leading to increased production of collagen and elastin, which makes the skin age more slowly. Thanks to the microperforation of the outer layers of the skin, the active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with the daily application of cosmetics. After application of the active substances to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substances are transferred to the skin. After using the dermaroller, the active substances are absorbed 3000% more.
