Shake the developer well before use. Mix ¾ inch (2 cm) of Colour Cream with 2-4 drops of the developer until the consistency becomes a creamy paste. (Ensure that consistency is not runny or drippy). Let the mix develop for 3 minutes. Intensive Lash and Brow Tint is not tested on animals. Content: 20 ml Sufficient for approximately 30 applications.
