This soap has been made in the same way since antiquity. The olive oil is mixed with spring water and heated in a large boiler. The mixture is then cooled and each bar is individually cut by hand on the ground. The pieces of soap are then stacked up in piles and air cured and ripened for 6 months.
Special properties:
The olive oil nourishes and softens the skin while protecting the skin from drying out. The oil opens the pores, allowing for a deep cleansing of the skin. Environmentally-friendly, biodegradable, contains no perfumes or preservatives and no animal fats. Hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
Recommended use:
The soap is used with warm water on the skin or hair. The active ingredients of the soap are most effective after a peeling with the Kese, the Hamam peeling mitt. It is recommended to store the soap on a dry surface after use. Aleppo soap is also effective against insect bites, as a shampoo, shaving soap or mask. It can also be used on the scalp and hair.
