Ingredients: Hydrolyzed collagen 225 g.
Dosage: Add 1,5 - 3 tablespoonfuls (5 - 10 g) of powder into a drinking glass. Add 1-2 decilitres of juice or water and mix. You may also mix the powder with any other drink, smoothie or food.
