Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride from a pure source. Magnesium chloride, mined from a one mile deep layer in northern Holland, has been naturally compacted and refined over the course of 250 million years.
Magnesium, sprayed directly onto the skin, is absorbed into the porous cuticle and through it into the vessels and muscles. Thus, magnesium does not enter the digestive system, where many nutrients are not absorbed. An organism with an adequate supply of magnesium is more flexible, does not get tired as quickly, and is better able to heal itself.
Usage:
Spray magnesium oil spray 5-10 times all over the body and massage in. It is good to use the oil after a shower or bath, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which contributes to better absorption of magnesium.
Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas such as around the eyes. The oil should be applied primarily to the joints, muscles and other problem areas.
Also can be used during pregnancy. The oil can be used at any age, but we recommend halving the amount for children - their daily magnesium requirement is not as high as adults.
Eight magnesium oil sprays contain about 100mg of pure magnesium.
Magnesium tingle:
The first time you use it, you may feel a slight itching or tingling sensation. This can be a sign of a magnesium deficiency in the body and is due to the rapid absorption of magnesium into the skin. With regular use, the tingling will go away. Since magnesium begins to be absorbed immediately, after massage with oil, the skin can be dried with a towel.
