Device startup:
1. Assemble the needle by twisting it clockwise.
2. Power on/off: Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on/off. The LCD screen shows the battery indicator and charge level.
3. Select levels: short press the power button to adjust the level from 1 to 8.
