Foot Soak Magnesium Flakes: Dissolve 150g (about a cup) of flakes in warm water, soak your feet in the water and relax for at least 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per foot or body per week. You can do this more often if necessary.
Magnesium flakes can be used at any age, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For children, we recommend halving the amount - their daily requirement is not as high as that of adults.
