EQUILIBRA® MELATONIN FOOD SUPPLEMENT
Equilibra® Melatonin is a food supplement of melatonin. Using melatonin reduces the time required to fall asleep and can help alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Ingrediants
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Usage suggestion
1 tablet per day. The tablets should be swallowed with liquid. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, take 1 mg just before bedtime. The beneficial effect in case of jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime, on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at the destination. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
