BCAA 2: 1: 1 BRANCHED AMINO ACIDS Equilibra ® is a food supplement for athletes based on essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA), with Vitamin B6. Amino acids are the basic constituents of proteins. The essential and branched amino acids help to satisfy the increased protein-nitrogen needs and are particularly useful in the athlete's diet. Each tablet contains 1 g of BCAAs (2: 1: 1 ratio). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy, protein and glycogen metabolism and can contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
HOW TO USE
4 tablets per day are recommended. The tablets should be taken with liquid, before or after sports.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not use in pregnancy. For use in breastfeeding and for prolonged periods, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
